SMS Terms and Conditions — Father and Son Plumbing

These SMS Terms and Conditions explain how Father and Son Plumbing uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers about plumbing service requests. By providing your mobile phone number and confirming opt-in, you agree to receive service-related SMS messages from Father and Son Plumbing at the mobile number you provided.
SMS program description
Father and Son Plumbing sends service-related text messages connected to plumbing inquiries and customer service, including:
- Appointment confirmations
- Scheduling updates
- Technician arrival notifications
- Service updates
- Estimate, invoice, receipt, or payment-related communications
- Follow-up messages related to your plumbing service
We do not send unrelated third-party marketing messages.
Opt-in consent
You may provide your mobile phone number by calling or texting our business line at (954) 440-7640, by emailing us, through a website service request or contact form, or while scheduling plumbing service with our staff.
Father and Son Plumbing uses a double opt-in process. After you provide your mobile number, we may send a confirmation message asking you to reply YES to confirm SMS consent. SMS messaging begins only after you reply YES. If you do not reply YES, you will receive no further automated SMS messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Father and Son Plumbing.
Confirmation message
The confirmation message reads:
"Father and Son Plumbing: Reply YES to receive service-related texts about appointments, scheduling, and plumbing service updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service request, appointment status, and communications with us. Expect roughly 1–4 messages per active service request.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Father and Son Plumbing does not charge for SMS.
Opt out anytime. Reply STOP at any time to stop SMS messages. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers. SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. This SMS program is intended for users age 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes. We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
